Do you really want to drive around in a car that doesn't have seat belts? Where do you live? Isn't it illegal in most states now? I have a bunch of friends who have gotten tickets for now wearing seat belts (I think they are only like $25 but that adds up if it's impossible for you to wear one). You say you can't afford the insurance on your other car but my bet is that if you can afford the insurance on the '65 you can afford the insurance on your other car through this company.
