		<description>Your best option for a lower price is through a private seller. Naturally newspapers, Thrifty Nickel and other similar publications may offer some choices. But beware, some of these so called private sellers are actually dealers disgusing as a private seller. It&#039;s easy to spot these simply by calling first, inquiring about the car and then ask them if they are the owner or a dealer.

You may also consider repos through banks and credit unions, your choices will be limited but then again you may find something that suits your needs.

I&#039;d stay away from auctions and online sales, you can&#039;t properly test drive or even inspect these vehicles.
